Legislation
Links in this section will take you to live coverage of Ohio's state government or to the Ohio General Assembly Web site. Whenever ODMH testifies before the General Assembly on issues related to mental health and the operations of the department, text of that testimony will be posted here.
Policy Memorandums
Through a system of numbered memorandums, ODMH communicates topics/issues that have policy significance or impact on mental health boards, mental health agencies, regional psychiatric hospitals and shareholder organizations. Memorandums released in the current fiscal year are sent out to specific partners, then posted on our Web site. Memorandums from previous years are archived.
Research and Evaluation Publications
The ODMH Office of Research and Evaluation disseminates information through publications, reports and bulletins based on studies conducted by the office staff and funded through the Department's Research Grants Program.
