Behavioral Health Operations Committee

The purpose of the Behavioral Health Operations Committee is to resolve operational issues within the behavioral health system that have statewide implications. Their intent is to resolve operational issues in a timely and comprehensive manner and review and address statewide issues reported from the community that are or will affect providers' and boards' ability to effectively manage their business practices. Issues can include addressing the application of existing policy as it affects business operations, but it is not the committee's intent to set or change policy. The committee will only consider issues that have statewide implications and will not attempt to resolve issues that are of a local nature. Issues can be raised for consideration by the committee via an operational issues form.
