The Block Grant application process is the formal mechanism for the Ohio Department of Mental Health (ODMH) to distribute federal Block Grant funds. Fiscal Year 2010 will again be a challenging year for grant-funded programs. ODMH’s allocation from the federal government has again been significantly reduced. Many previously funded projects will be continued, but in some instances funding levels may be reduced.
