MACSIS Agency List
The agencies listed in the Outcomes Data Mart are taken from the MACSIS agency list and presented in alphabetical order by their MACSIS short name. In some cases the MACSIS short name may be different than the name users have seen in the past. If you have trouble finding a specific agency, the MACSIS Agency List can be used to find agencies by county, agency name or MACSIS UPID.

Outcomes Instruments
The outcomes reported in the Data Mart correspond to items found in the six different instruments adopted by the Ohio Department of Mental Health (ODMH) Consumer Outcomes System.

The Outcomes Data Mart: A Little Bit of Background
Putting data into a system accomplishes little if you can't get it back out. Therefore, one of the key components of the overall Outcomes System plan has been to develop tools that can generate reports from outcomes data. The central reporting tool envisioned has been a Web-based data mart that would allow users to generate reports based upon outcomes data collected throughout the state and submitted to ODMH. View the conceptual design or the Outcomes Data Mart At A Glance document for more information regarding the design and history of the Outcomes Data Mart.

History of the Outcomes Data Mart
The conceptual design of the Outcomes Data Mart was developed by a statewide Outcomes Data Mart Committee made up of individuals representing providers, local community mental health/addiction boards, ODMH and other constituents. The Outcomes Data Mart At A Glance document provides an overview of the history and design of the Outcomes Data Mart.
