The Office of Support Services (OSS) provides a diverse array of goods and services which include:

  • pharmaceuticals and food products
  • laboratory, medical and pharmacy supplies
  • medical records, forms, personal care and housekeeping products
  • dispensed inpatient/outpatient pharmaceutical services
Eligible participants include state facilities, county health departments, community mental health agencies, free clinics, county jails, non-profits, etc. under ORC 5119.16.

Mission

We provide legally designated goods and services to our customers, including the procurement and distribution of food, drugs and medical supplies, as well as consultative services. Group purchasing power ensures economies of scale to conserve public resources. We place the welfare of our customers first and support their mission-critical functions.
